My sister had been moved to Rehab before her flowers arrived, and I was notified by the flower shop. The young lady when I called was very professional and explained that the shop closed early that day. She left me with her phone number and said that when I had updated information on where my sister had moved. I could call or text her. I got the information needed and texted her with the information and then got an email from my sister who said she loved the flowers that same night.
